Our partner, DC Geomatics (Pty) Ltd, has approvals to fly in controlled and restricted airspace, overhead people, overhead roads, near airports, at night, inside national parks and over national key points.

Your guy is flying illegally and is putting you, your clients and your business at risk of a R50,000 fine or worse. Unless they are licensed, operating under a UASOC and flying a registered drone with yellow markings, they are flying illegally and without liability insurance. They are untrained, ill-equipped and breaking the law. They don’t know what airspace they are in, they may collide with a helicopter or low-flying aircraft and cause a tragic accident. Ignore the regulations at your own peril.
